Once in a blue moon
I get so annoyed when people are subject to prejudice and excluded from opportunity. It's what prompted me to start Swarm Apprenticeships and what's driving my quest to create a new coop to employ people for whom learning is difficult.
So I took little persuading to visit Hull at the weekend to experience being one of 3,200 naked blue people taking part in Spencer Tunick's 'Sea of Hull' installation.
You see when everyone is just the same, humanity shines through. The atmosphere, camaraderie and willingness to help each other was breathtakingly reassuring.
So my message today is, be human, allow others to see your vulnerability and be surprised at what becomes possible.
