level 3 Customer Service with Enterprise Skills

This qualification is designed for individuals who are in customer service focused environments and who have the opportunity to work towards the development of the customer service process and services. This course is designed to help the individual to improve practical and technical skills whist dealing with both internal and external customers.

This course will also involve developing commercial awareness and enterprising attitudes.
Enterprise skills support individuals to spot opportunities, to develop systems, products or even teams and learn to innovate and work independently using original and creative thinking in order to measure the impact and show a significant return on investment.

The course involves undertaking a real project that adds measurable impact to the business or department.


Course Details:
Duration: 18 months +

  • 11-12 Full day training days over 18 months at a central location

  • One 2 One tutor visits at the workplace (every 6 weeks)

  • Support of a business Mentor

Age Groups    16-18, 19+

If delivered as an apprenticeship the course also involves:
• Functional Skill English, Maths and ICT

Entry Requirements : 
Learners must be employed within a role that will enable them to evidence the requirements of the qualification. Learners should also possess communication skills sufficient to allow them to address the assessment requirements of the qualification 


Ages 16-18: Fully Funded Through The Advanced Apprenticeship

Ages 19-24 Co Funded Through The Advanced Apprenticeship

Ages 24+ Funded Via Advanced Learner Loan or Funded Directly By Learner or Employer 

Graduates holding a degree level of education are not eligible for apprenticeship funding support and are subject to the full training fee.
