Operations/Department Manager Level 5
This higher level standard is fantastic for developing individuals with a large amount of accountability and responsibility within the business. Ideally this is for individuals in a more senior level management/project management role who may already have some practical experience but who wish to develop and apply high level business management skills to become a more enterprising business leader.
Ideally this is generally someone who is able to manage teams and/or projects, and has responsibility for planning, delivering and achieving organisational goals and objectives. Mixing both strategic and operational leadership and management, this course is designed to help drive innovation, change and action within an organisation.
It is applicable to professional managers from all sectors - the private, public or third sector - and all sizes of organisation. It will typically take up to 18 months+ to complete, although the exact duration will be dependent on the previous experience of the individual.

Monthly one 2 one tuition and assessment at the workplace
Monthly - Full day training workshops (in a central location)
Management of a real business impact project
Assigned a business Mentor to aid in impact development
E-Portfolio and online resources
End point assessment at the end of the course

Entry Requirements :
Learners must be employed within a role that will enable them to evidence the requirements of the qualification. Learners should also possess communication skills sufficient to allow them to address the assessment requirements of the qualification.
