Business Admnistrator Apprentice
Professional CV Writing Ltd, known for its solid reputation in the CV Writing Industry, are seeking to recruit a motivated Business Administrator Apprentice to work in their spacious new offices in Wymondham.
The ideal candidate, will become an integral part of their busy team, providing high class reception and administration duties and customer service, either by phone or in person.
Your main duties would include, but not limited to:
Reception duties, being the company’s first point of contact, meeting and greeting clients
Handling all telephone and email enquiries
Typing and updating documents
Update CRM system daily
Update spreadsheets daily
Assigning clients to their respective consultants
Taking phone payments
Send out prompts for payment when appropriate
Managing incoming and outgoing post.
Keep filing up to date
Must Have Skills:
Good command of the English language
Professional yet friendly telephone manner
Able to use own initiative
Ability to work quickly and accurately
Prioritise own work schedule
Effective interpersonal skills
Able to work to tight schedules
5 GCSE’s A* to C (grade 5-9) or equivalent including Maths and English or willing to work towards a functional skills qualification. Be resident in the UK/EEA/EU for at least three years.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Rate of Pay:
£3.70 per hour/£7215 per annum
There is also a level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship attached to this position which should be completed within 12 to 18 months.
The potential exists for this apprenticeship to develop into a full-time position for the right candidate.
