Our Clients, Freebridge Community Housing, are a not for profit housing provider, who develop homes and create opportunities for people in West Norfolk. They are seeking a new Apprentice PlaceShaper to help with on site administration and supervision of the services at the PlaceShaping Centres.

PlaceShaping Centre Tasks:
Assisting in the effective service to all customers, suppliers and colleagues enquiries regarding facilities at PlaceShaping Centres
Help develop these services in a prompt and appropriate manner via all access channels including telephone, face to face, letter, email, text and web, including providing a proactive right first time customer approach and customer focused solutions service.
Promote and market these services to local residents and communities to optimise the use of services provided to ensure they remain available for the good of the community
Assisting community groups using the facility to promote and market their events and ensure all necessary services and equipment are provided
To work in partnership with the local community to support neighbourhood networks to facilitate and empower local participation and access to services encouraging local learning, creativity, vibrancy and diversity
To be an ambassador for Freebridge Community Housing, working remotely with minimal supervision to promote strong customer care culture, leading by example at all times
Work with discretion, being able to handle sensitive information discreetly and in accordance with GDPR
Be responsible for your own and colleagues health and safety at work and other persons who may be affected by your actions in line with Freebridge guidelines
Assist in developing and maintaining an effective ICT service at Providence Street for the benefit of all users
Provide support to other community projects as they develop
Any other tasks directed by your PlaceShaping Team Leader

GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
Excellent PC skills, experienced with in all Microsoft packages
Full Clean Driving Licence
Ability to deliver written and verbal information and resolve customer requests in a friendly and confident manner
Ability to work remotely from the main office and prioritise and organise duties
Be able to work in a team
You should be:
Work on own initiative
The successful candidate will be required to work on a flexible basis based on the needs of the Centre, this may include early and late shifts and may be based over two sites.
Occasional attendance at meetings, conferences and training courses out of normal working hours and/or requiring overnight stays
Hours of Work
Under the age of 18, hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with half hour for lunch.
Over 18 the successful candidate will be expected to work within the shift system of 7.30am to 10.00pm.
This position comes with a Business Administration Level 3 that should be completed within 12 to 15 months
