My House Online are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join the team to provide administrative support to a growing Real Estate Agent

The main responsibilities for the role would be (but not limited to)

  • General Administration required by the business
  • First Point of contact for all incoming enquiries by phone or electronically
  • Conducting Market Research
  • Maintaining Social Media Accounts
  • Involvement in the Finances
  • Rent Management

Skills Required:

  • Computer Literate
  • Full Clean Driving Licence

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised
  • Enthusiastic

Weekly Wage:
£4.50 an hour initially, rising to £6 an hour on completion of 3 months’ probation and future rises on merit.

Working Week:
9:00 am- 5:00 pm Mon- Friday (30 Hours)

Training:

The successful candidate will embark on a 14 month Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. This Apprenticeship may include Level 2 Math's and English functional skills
