Meet Rebecca Rivett

Hi, I'm Rebecca, more commonly known as Bex. I joined Swarm in 2019 as a Tutor as I felt I had a variety of work and life skills  that I really wanted to pass onto others. I have worked several jobs in a few sectors and never really found my calling until now. The variety I had helped me realise what I can do to help others that were also 'stuck' . Having gone through school with no one to inspire me, made me want to help and inspire others even more. 

Moving forward several years, my career at Swarm has now led me into the senior leadership team and so I can help and support the Tutors to deliver the highest quality training and, just as important, give any learner, of any age, hope and empowerment to achieve their goals.
