National Apprenticeship Week -Ethan and Simon’s Story

At Swarm Training we celebrate success and nurture growth.
National Apprentice Week is a great opportunity to remind ourselves of the success stories; those learners that have grown in confidence, learned new skills, and are now making a valuable contribution to their organisation – like Ethan!

Ethan - Apprentice

“I work at Wells Community Hospital and am taking the Event Assistant Level 3 apprenticeship with Swarm Training. My job role has a range of aspects involved including, cleaning, help with operations, setting up events, and refreshments and preparing café.

Phillipa is my tutor, she is easy to understand and very down to earth. We have hourly long sessions because, shorter lessons are my preference. We have little breaks in the session if required. The knowledge that I have learned from Phillipa is transferrable into my job role. I would recommend Swarm as a training provider because, they offer 121 tutor and learner teaching, and it doesn’t feel like a college environment. Learning is tailored around the individual person.”

Simon  - Line Manager

“Ethan is a great addition to our team. Since starting his apprenticeship, his confidence has been boosted greatly, and his maturity has increased. He has gone the correct way about getting into work and he challenges things that aren’t right. Ethan enjoys his sessions and passes his knowledge on to his team. We have had a good experience with Swarm Training. I communicate with his tutor regularly and we discuss his progression and receive feedback.

If other businesses are looking for an apprenticeship, I’d recommend Swarm Training.”
